Thank you for considering TrueCare Evaluations as a referral resource. We provide telehealth ASD, ADHD, and psychoeducational evaluations for children and adults throughout North Carolina — with no waitlist and reports typically delivered within 7–10 days of testing.

How It Works

  1. Submit your contact information below — no client details needed yet.
  2. Our team reaches out to you within 1 business day to coordinate the referral.
  3. You connect us with the family, or have them contact us directly by phone or through our website.
  4. The family completes intake through our secure client portal.
  5. We match them with a North Carolina–licensed psychologist for evaluation.
  6. The comprehensive report is delivered securely, typically within 7–10 days.
